Isaac Hopkins married outside the Friends community, and was disowned by the Haddonfield meeting for that offense on 14 Dec 1795. It's unfortunate that he was disowned, because he and his family do not appear in the Quaker records from that time on. The following is a record of Isaac's marriage:

The Censuses for New Jersey from 1790 through 1820 are unavailable. These are the tax and census records I was able to find for Isaac from 1792 through 1840. I was unable to find Isaac in the 1850 Census.

I've prepared a Register Report for the descendants of Isaac Hopkins. This report contains information about the descendants of Charles Pitman Hopkins, son of Marmaduke Burr Hopkins, which was sent to me by a cousin, and about Charlotte Ann Hopkins, daughter of Isaac, sent by two cousins. The report is in pdf format.
I've also prepared a Register Report (in pdf format) for Aaron Hopkins, who may be a son of Isaac. This has not been proven yet, but it seems quite possible that he is. I'm providing this information in the hopes that someone may find it and have the missing link to prove the connection. If you do, please contact me.
Marmaduke Burr Hopkins was a son of Isaac and Mary Hopkins, born 18 October 1796. He was probably named after the Marmaduke Burr who married Ann Hopkins, Isaac's aunt, in 1793. Marmaduke Hopkins was a farmer and miller, and lived most of his life in Burlington county. A number of the Hopkinses in that county are his descendants.
I was fortunate to be contacted by a descendant of Marmaduke Burr Hopkins, who had in her possession the Bible records of that family. The following is a transcription of those records, which show that Marmaduke Burr Hopkins was the son of Isaac and Mary Hopkins. At the right is Marmaduke Burr Hopkins' signature, which was on the flyleaf of this Bible.
