The BFA Reunion in 1925

The Boone Family Association held its first reunion in Kentucky on June 1-7, 1925. It was their plan to hold reunions every five years. This first one was intended to honor Daniel Boone and to commemorate the events of his life and his contributions to Kentucky. There were events and programs in Lexington, Frankfort, Boonesboro, Winchester, and Louisville.
